Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. Once a product leaves our hands, we can no longer guarantee its integrity, and we want to ensure that every customer receives fresh, uncontaminated products.

Refunds

While we do not offer returns, we understand that issues may arise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@vibranthealingmom.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations as long as they are requested before the shipping label has been printed. Once a label is created, the order is locked in for processing and can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vibranthealingmom.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are a small, family-run business, and each product is made to order. Processing times may take up to 30 days, and once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office before reaching out to us.
